Barry G. Goldman received his B.A. in Political Science from Vassar College in 1985, and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1988. He began practice in litigation with the Criminal Defense division of the Brooklyn, New York, Legal Aid Society, and he has litigated significant criminal cases in numerous venues for over 22 years, including death penalty homicides for which he is now certified under Pennsylvania law. He is licensed to practice in Federal District Courts and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Goldman has made it his lifetime dedication to vindicate the innocent, almost invariably achieving outright acquittals or reductions in charge or sentencing severity. His experience in Central Pennsylvania has led him to handle cases in Berks, Chester, Lancaster, York, Dauphin, Cumberland, and Lebanon counties - an advantage greatly appreciated by his clients in that, most often, experience and reputation is as important as having mastery of the statutes. Mr. Goldman's skill and extensive experience locally enables him to excel in both of these areas.
